Sassafras is a quirky cafe with what we think is the best breakfast menu in Brisbane. For those with a sweet tooth, indulge in ricotta pancakes with honeycomb butter, or caramelised apple with double whipped cream on french toast. If you prefer a savoury start to the day, chilli corn cakes top the list. The coffee is excellent and with offerings like these, we highly recommend that you book at least two days in advance to avoid missing out.
