Brisbane is generally blessed with clear skies, so the Mount Coot-tha Lookout is almost guaranteed to provide panoramic views over Brisbane when you visit (but don't hold us to it!). It's particularly lovely at dusk, as you watch night fall and the city lights begin to shimmer. There's a cafe and restaurant up here, but in our minds it's really all about the view.
