Located a couple of kilometres north of Scarborough, Trigg is a laid-back suburb without the bells and whistles - so no towering units, hotels or shopping centres. The beach is loved by locals for its surf, but there's also a scenic path next to the beach that's a favourite for walkers, joggers, cyclists and roller bladers. We also love the local café scene - don't miss the Trigg Island Cafe, located beachside off West Coast Drive. While it doesn't attract the attention of some of Perth's other beaches, we reckon Trigg is worth a visit for a glimpse of classic Aussie beach lifestyle.
