This ultra-hip bar's main claim to fame is that it has the longest bar in the southern hempisphere - and a marble one at that. But it's also arguably one of Sydney's coolest bars, attracting a young, business-ey crowd - it's known as a "laundry" because you come here to pick up suits (and it'll probably be a pin-striped one). On Saturday nights the crowd is a little more mixed and there's usually a queue to get in. We love the soaring ceilings, grand columns and funky chandeliers, although the hard floor is a killer after a few hours in heels.
