With her wide toothy grin and sparkling (if somewhat demonic) eyes, Luna Park has one of the most recognisable faces in Australia. That trademark face has been a colourful landmark on Sydney's harbourfront and a favourite attraction since it was built in 1935. And while her glory days may be over, Luna Park is still a fun place to visit with kids: the rides are tame, the views are gorgeous, admission is free (you pay per ride) and the hot dogs are plentiful.
