Located beside the water (is there any other way to eat in Hobart?) Blue Skies boasts modern Australian food in a relaxed atmosphere. Inside, surrounded by surfing memorabilia, you can choose to dine, snack or simply imbibe at the bar. Outside, you can sit on the boardwalk at the water's edge and wonder why you'd ever want to go back to the mainland. We recommend any of the steak dishes or - for those who can't get enough Tasmanian seafood - the seafood pasta or fish of the day. Blue Skies also offers a children's menu and vegetarian options. And if you're lucky, you may get to see the dolphins in the bay.
