Monk's offers a terrific view of the Vancouver skyline, with brilliant sunsets to accent a menu that provides something for both the casual and formal diner. The ambiance is light and spacious with an upstairs room for more formal dining and the casual downstairs oyster bar. In reality, both are easy-going - wearing a tie would stand out as unusual here.
