If you only have time to hit one shopping centre in Hong Kong, make it Pacific Place. It has a huge range of designer labels, plus the usual favourites like Zara, Esprit, French Connection and Mango, to name but a few. There's also a large branch of the brilliant local department store Lane Crawford - if you can't find what you're looking for there, it probably doesn't exist. It's easy to find your way around and there are a few highly recommended eateries: Thai Basil and Ye Shanghai in particular. Plus there's an excellent food hall in the basement.
