This restaurant is all about the view. Located near the top of Osaka's tallest building and right in the middle of the harbour, you can see the entire city from your table. The best time to come is at night, when you can sit up at the windows and take in the night view over a drink (or two). They have about 20 different international dishes and salads, as well as a chef on hand to prepare meat dishes while you wait. As is so often the case in Osaka, you can also add unlimited drink service for a nominal fee. But hey, you didn't come for the food and drink, right? Lunch buffet: 1500 yen. Dinner buffet: 2500 yen.
