Don't be fooled by the name - there's not much coffee being consumed here, unless you mean Irish coffee. Grand Café is a pure club experience and a long established fixture of the Osaka night scene. With a line-up of local and guest international DJs as well as regular promotions, the music and the vibe here make this club a local favourite. Things usually don't pick up until after twelve, however it's a good idea to come a little earlier than that so you can get a good posse in one of the chill zones set up around the bar area. Grand Café is an underground club (literally, not figuratively) and you wouldn't see it at all but for an innocuous-looking blue neon sign at street level. If you're a dedicated clubber, it's probably worth checking out what lies beneath.
