Passing through the iron gate at the entrance, the sign tells us it's a Chinese Dining Bar, but we think that might be selling the place a bit short. They serve Chinese food and you can certainly order a few drinks, but the main draw here is the breezy, riverside setting of the cafe's terrace. The river boats glide by and the service is friendly but unhurried - all a welcome release from the blistering pace of the city at large. If you do stick around for dinner (and you probably will), there is no need to rush away - they don't close until 3am weekdays and 5am Fridays and Saturdays.
