Ever heard of a restaurant where you set the prices? Annalakshmi is such an establishment, but before you go getting too carried away, remember that the restaurant is run by The Temple of Fine Arts, a social service organization. All the waiters and cooks are volunteers and the proceeds go to charity, so you don't want to skimp. On offer is an authentic buffet of delicious vegetarian North and South Indian specialties. So what is the appropriate amount to donate? We recommend a range of about US$3 to US$6 per person, but do feel free to give more.
