Ao dai-clad waitstaff will serve up traditional Vietnamese dishes such as the delicious Bo Nhung Dam (beef dipped in a coconut juice and vinegar broth) and Goi Thanh Long (dragon fruit tossed with lime garlic dressing). You can't go wrong with the well loved Pho Bo (Beef Noodle Soup) and for dessert, try the Tom Hap Nuoc Dua (tapioca cakes served with ice-cream). Another must try is the Vietnamese-drip coffee, imported directly from Vietnam.
