A French-Belgian gem in the centre of town, Chez Georges serves up sophisticated food and old-fashioned service. The atmosphere is cosy - something to do with the traditional, homely furnishings and the fact that the restaurant is packed out night after night (in-the-know locals have been known to book weeks, even months, in advance). Chez Georges is famous for its four- or seven-course meals that, although pricey, are good value when you consider the quality of the ingredients and techniques used. It's one for a special night out, and don't forget to book well in advance.
