Pizza snobs in Singapore can rest easy knowing that Spizza is in town. This funky new pizzeria churns out classic, simple Italian-style pizzas with crispy bases and delicious toppings. Our favourites are Donna, Francesca, Isabella, Laura and Quinta (with truffles!) - and no, we're not trying to crack onto the staff - the pizzas are actually given the name of an Italian woman. There are also pastas, salads and lasagne, plus antipasti to start with, but it's all about the pizzas for us. There are a few other branches about town, but this is probably the most central. Average mains: $16.
