The first bar to open on trendy Club Street, Bar Sa Vanh heralded a new wave in Singaporean bar culture.
The owner apparently wanted it to feel like someone's home, with various rooms and nooks - hence the numerous couched zones and separate pool room. It's popular most nights of the week, attracts a young professional-type crowd and is a good place to chill out with friends as you can actually hear yourselves speak. Feeling peckish?
