An in-store cafe has never looked as good as this little gem. Despite its location in a mid-market clothing shop, Project Shop Cafe remains one of the trendiest cafes in Singapore. Inspired by the owner's love of Australian cafe culture, the eclectic decor features funky bucket chairs, a latticed wall of magazines (shades of Sydney's Bills, perhaps?) and large blackboard menus. There's nothing we love more than spending a lazy morning here: flicking through the latest issue of Vanity Fair, sipping a cappuccino and tucking into one of the delicious salads or pastas (laksa pesto is a favourite). And did we mention the desserts? The puds are truly wonderful, but the key lime pie is our pick of the bunch.
