Sushi goes fun and funky at these colourful bars that have started popping up all over central London. Seating is bar style and the various dishes travel past you on a conveyor belt. Pick off whatever catches your eye, add some soya sauce or wasabi to taste, and enjoy. The small plates are all colour coded, each colour being a different price (from £1.50 to £5). If you can't see what you want on the belt, or want something from the hot food selection, just press the red button to order. The miso soup and teriyaki chicken are delicious, as is the salmon sashimi. Thirsty? There are even self-serve taps with still and sparkling water right at your seat.
