Some love it while others certainly hate it, but the design of Seattle's Central Library is like nothing you have ever seen. Rebuilt in 2004 by the Dutch architect Rem Koolhaas, the library rises 11 stories tall and houses over 1.4 million books and 400 computers. Even if you are not a bibliophile, the library is certainly worthy of a tour. Run up the neon-yellow escalators or hide amongst the spiraling book stacks. Just don't freak out when the giant eye starts blinking at you.
