Chef Tom Douglas pioneered Northwest-style cuisine and Dahlia Lounge is his most renowned restaurant. Signature dishes take seafood to new heights - think Dungeness crab cakes and wood-grilled Alaskan salmon with tarragon broth. You may also recognise the restaurant as Tom Hanks eats here in the movie "Sleepless in Seattle". While it may be expensive, it's unforgettable dining that will leave you with a happy palate.
