Osetra's real attention grabber has to be their "wine angels". These ladies retrieve wine selections by floating through the air on a system of ropes around the two-story wine vault in the centre of the restaurant. Fresh seafood and a great winelist add to the draw, along with an oyster and caviar bar. The eclectic decor is a mixture of glass, chrome tabletops and bright colours. Sting ray-shaped light fixtures change colours every few minutes, making for a unique ambience. It's a trendy establishment where you are likely to see lots of beautiful people hanging out.
