Despite what you may be thinking, it's not the coffee that we like at Highlands Coffee (although the offerings aren't too bad). Instead, we reckon it's the café with the best view in central HCMC and it's our favourite place to watch the hustle and bustle of the city from dawn to dusk. It's also a convenient rest stop if you've shopped 'till you dropped on Dong Khoi Street. Highlands Coffee is open from 8am to 11pm.
