Appearances can be deceiving. The uninviting exterior of Au Parc belies a top-notch Mediterranean café with a relaxed atmosphere and the best breakfasts in town. Brekkie options include a French-style petit dejeuner or a Swiss breakfast, and there are plenty of lunch items such as sandwiches and pasta (average price per dish is US$5). As you'd hope from a European-style café, the coffee is excellent and they know how to make a good cappuccino. The crowd is mostly expats, peppered with a few locals, and it's close to the tourist hotspots of Reunification Palace, the City Post Office and the Notre Dame Cathedral.
